La pressa a vite con cilindro

Che cosa è?

Pressa a vite per pressaggio lattine e bottiglie di plastica da 0,5L e 0,33L.

caratteristiche

Formata completamente da Fe 40 (acciaio dolce ) peso complessivo 25 Kg ingombro 80x50x75 cm. La pressa serve per ridurre il materiale (alluminio, plastica) al minimo ingombro e quindi risulta particolarmente utile nel processo di riciclaggio in quanto permette un funzionale stoccaggio del materiale recuperato dalla raccolta differenziata.

istruzioni per il montaggio

  1. Prendere il basamento e fissare i due montanti con dadi negli appositi fori.
  2. Prendere poi la piastra superiore e fissare anche essa con dadi negli appositi fori.
  3. Prendere la barra filettata con la manovella e avvitarla nei fori filettati centrali.
  4. Fissare il pistone alla barra filettata tramite fermo con viti
  5. procedere ad avvitare il cilindro cavo tramite viti su basamento.

modalità d'uso

Prendere una lattina e metterla dentro il cilindro girare la manovella finché la lattina non viene completamente schiacciata. Infine premere il pedale (7) per far fuoriuscire la lattina.

manutenzione

Oliare durante l'uso la barra filettata.
Pulire periodicamente con uno straccio lubrificato per evitare la formazione di ruggine.

  1. Evitare di inserire oggetti in vetro,ceramica, etc…
  2. Non inserire più di un oggetto per volta
  3. Maneggiare con cautela.

what is it?

A screw press for pressing cans and 0.5L-0.33L plastic bottles.

assembly instructions

  1. Insert the threaded parts of the two studs into the base through the holes provided and fix them with nuts.
  2. Fix the upper plate with nuts in the same way.
  3. Insert the threaded bar into the central holes of the upper plate and of the middle plate and screw it.
  4. Fix the piston to the threaded bar with a the screw-lock.
  5. Screw the hollow cylinder onto the base.

how to use

Put a can to be pressed into the cylinder, turn the handle until the can is completely crushed.

maintenance

Oil the threaded bar while in use.
Clean the press periodically with a oiled cloth to avoid rusting.

warnings

  1. Don't use the press to crash glass or ceramics.
  2. Crash one object at a time
  3. Handle with care.
