Calendario scolastico per l'anno 2007-2008

E' stato deliberato dal Consiglio d'Istituto il calendario per il corrente a.s. 2007/08.

Il Collegio dei docenti ha stabilito di suddividere l'anno scolastico, ai fini delle valutazioni ufficiali, in due periodi di durata non omogenea. Il primo periodo, della durata di un trimestre, termina il 22 dicembre 2007 ed il secondo arriva al 7 giugno 2008, termine delle lezioni, con una valutazione interperiodale da effettuare entro il 5 aprile 2008.

• lunedì 10 settembre 2007: Primo giorno di lezione;
• Giovedì 1 novembre 2007: Vacanza, Festa di Tutti i Santi;
• Giovedì 15 novembre 2007: Vacanza, S. Leopoldo Patrono di Follonica;
• Venerdì 30 novembre 2007: Vacanza, Festa della Toscana;
• Sabato 1 dicembre 2007: Vacanza
• Sabato 8 dicembre 2007: Vacanza, Immacolata Concezione;
• Sabato 22 dicembre 2007: Termine del primo periodo dell'anno scolastico;
• Da Lunedì 24 dicembre 2007 a sabato 5 gennaio 2008 (compresi): Vacanze natalizie;
• Martedì 5 febbraio 2008 : Vacanza; (Ultimo giorno di Carnevale )
• Da lunedì 17 marzo 2008 a martedì 25 marzo 2008 (compresi): Vacanze pasquali;
• Entro sabato 5 aprile 2008: Valutazione interperiodale;
• Venerdì 25 aprile 2008: Vacanza, Anniversario della Liberazione;
• Sabato 26 aprile 2008: Vacanza;
• Giovedì 1 maggio 2008: Vacanza, Festa del lavoro;
• Lunedì 2 giugno 2008: Vacanza, Festa Nazionale della Repubblica;
• Sabato 7 giugno 2008: Ultimo giorno di lezione;
• Mercoledì 18 Giugno 2008: Prima prova scritta degli esami di Stato.

This is the calendar for the school year 2007/07, as deliberated by the School Board on_30/05/2007.

The Teacher’s Council has established to divide the school year into two terms of different length. The first term, which began on Monday, 107h September, will last 3 months and it will end on 22nd December 2007. The second term will start on 7th January 2008 and end on 7th June 2008. A mid-term assessment will be drawn by 5th April 2008.

Lessons will be held every day except for Sundays and the following dates:

• Thursday, 1st November 2007 - All Saints’Day, Religious Festivity
• Thursday, 15th November 2007- Saint Leopoldo, the patron saint of Follonica, Religious Festivity;
• Friday, 30th November 2007 - Tuscany Day, in memory of the abolition of the Death Penalty in Tuscany;
• Saturday, 1st December: extra day off;
• Saturday, 8th December 2007:: Immaculate Conception of the Holy Virgin, Religious Festivity
• 24th December2007 to 5th January 2008 ( included ): Christmas holidays;
• Tuesday, 5th February 2008: extra-day off (Mardi-gras);
• Monday, 17 March 2008 to Tuesday, 25th March 2008 ( included ): Easter holidays;
• Friday, 25th April 2008:Anniversary of the Liberation from Nazi-Fascism;
• Saturday, 26th April 2008: Extra day off;
• Thursday, 1st May 2008: Labour Day;
• Monday, 2nd June 2008: Celebration of the Foundation of the Italian Republic.
